A "YOWSCAR" is an Award
For Imagery and/or Creative Writing
It is a combination of "YOWZER"
(a term we have used to express an impressive Art work)
and "SCARLET"
(this started from an idea I had in my group and one of the members coined it that)

Our Art is hardly easy to do and should be awarded with more than just a day on the board.
If your Artwork receives a "YOWSCAR" than it is better than average, some exceptional.
A gold "YOWSCAR" is Exxxtremely Excellent.

We started this in Freedom Castle the beginning of 2009.
